i've always included spinach in my smoothie
but never so much that i wound up with a nasty moustache

apparently, i enjoy posting embarrassing stuff

give it a shot
it's amazing how 3 cups of spinach
instantly makes you feel healthy
and can even mentally motivate you
out of your bad food slump
come on, we all have 'em.

i pute a mere 1/4 cup in my smoothie and that's plenty..almost too much for me...i can't imagine 3 cups. bleh

it's weird because i couldn't handle the texture/consistency for awhile with just a handful... like, i was doing it all the time and then suddenly couldn't do it anymore... but there's something about this recipe that works for me... not sure if it's because i use almond or coconut milk or what... anyways :)
